15+ years of global experience across the UK, Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America, building and leading operations across property development, hospitality, PropTech, psychedelic care, retreats and centres, wellbeing and founder-led ventures.

I step in during periods of growth, restructure, transition or operational strain, when the vision is strong, but delivery, leadership and execution still depend too heavily on the founder.

I connect founder vision with people, systems, commercial priorities and execution. I become deeply embedded, carry operational outcomes and build structures designed to strengthen over time, particularly in complex, high-touch environments where quality, safety and care must be protected as the organisation grows.

I’ve also built my own wellness brand from the ground up, so I understand the many entrepreneurial hats, not just as the person building the operating structure, but as the founder who has carried the vision, pressure and delivery.
